DAM Core develops the foundation required for more reliable digital asset management. The course explains how folder structures, filenames, metadata, versions, access, governance, workflow, security and collaboration work as connected controls. DAM Core Practical uses the Training Lab to turn DAM knowledge into guided, hands-on experience. Participants work with realistic files and assignments to practise folder organisation, file naming, metadata, version control, asset requests, review and controlled submission.
Train Evolution’s Training Lab provides a safe and facilitated environment where participants can apply DAM Core principles, experience different workflow roles and understand how structured digital asset management works in practice.

DAM Core does not restructure a customer’s live environment; it equips participants to recognise gaps, establish priorities and prepare for deeper application or workflow training.
