The My1DAM Laboratory
The laboratory is where Digital Asset Management learning becomes practical experience. It gives participants a guided environment to apply DAM principles through structured workflow, controlled handling, and role-based activity.
Hands On DDAM (Document and Digital Asset Management) Laboratory?
The laboratory is where Digital Asset Management learning becomes practical experience. It gives participants a guided environment to apply DAM principles through structured workflow, controlled handling, and role-based activity. From chaos to structured workflows.
Chaos Lab
Chaos Lab is a guided hands-on workshop where participants transform a disorganized digital asset environment into a usable, governed, searchable DAM structure using DDAM methods.
Workflow Lab
Participants learn how structured assets move through requests, approvals, role-based collaboration, and controlled release, showing how DAM supports real business work beyond storage alone.
The Lab Training Journey
The Laboratory environment mimics real working environment providing trainees the opportunity to resolve real-world asset related issues or crises. Participants begin with a deliberately disorganized digital asset environment and apply DAM principles to bring it under control. They restructure folders, standardize file naming, separate current and outdated versions, and introduce metadata discipline to turn chaos into a governed asset system.

Why Hands-On Learning Matters?
The laboratory helps connect theory to actual behavior. It reinforces DAM mindset, not just DAM vocabulary, and helps teams experience how structure affects workflow quality, consistency, and retrieval. Therefore My1DAM training is not abstract but a visible and experiential training simulating real workplace problems.
